30 Nov Sharktech Adds China Telecom CN2 to Los Angeles Network Offering
This announcement comes after a year of continued network upgrades, including replacement of all Sharktech routing equipment, the addition of 100Gbps uplinks, switching to all premium carriers, and the additional of Noction Intelligent Routing. Sharktech already offers China Telecom in its Los Angeles datacenter; the addition of CN2 routes will compliment the existing Sharktech BGP blend of China Telecom, China Unicom, Comcast, GTT, and NTT. Sharktech’s service is backed by 24/7 support and an average employee experience of more than 10 years in the hosting industry.
Sharktech, since 2003, has been a leader in DDoS-protected datacenter solutions. Operating out of four global datacenters, Sharktech’s in-house developed DDoS protection reliably scrubs DDoS traffic on-site for reliable and stable hosting. Sharktech’s DDoS protection comes standard with all hosted services—up to 40 Gbps and is upgradeable to 100 Gbps—and can be applied remotely to protect any internet service, anywhere. Sharktech’s 1.1 Tbps network is home to more than 450,000 websites.
